replaced quickly,
received first wand and was seperated on both sides of the paddle. notified supplier and was given a replacement. works ok, have to give it a little time in the shop to see if it was worth the money

|It didn’t work!,
Unfortunately I purchased the item as a Christmas present for a friend in Ohio. After I left Ohio to come back to Washington, DC where I live, I was informed that the battery inside the wand was curroded which caused the device not to work. I am not there to retrieve the wand to send it back to your company for a replacement. Can someone inform me of what my options are?

|didnt work out of the box,
Bought 3 of these and the first 2 didnt work right out of the box. I didnt bother trying the third. The battery it came with was dead upon opening, and when I put in my own battery the wand worked for one swipe and then went to a permenent beeping noise that would not stop. I would reccomend buying somthing else.
