I bought this metal detector to help me find one of my wife’s earrings. My six year old daughter had decided to ‘borrow’ them without my wife knowing but these were gold earrings that had been left to her by her late grandmother. Of course when I found out my daughter had lost one of these earrings in the garden I didn’t know what to do as I knew how upset my wife would be once she discovered it was missing.
I decided it might be a good idea to look for a cheap metal detector to try to find it. So I ordered the Bounty Hunter junior detector as I figured my ten year old boy might get some fun out of it once I was done. My daughter had a fair idea where she had dropped the earring so I got to work. To be honest she was about three metres out but at least we did find it.
